We’ve added two new automated email reminders in Pivott to help you quickly see which contracts and properties need attention, without adding extra work to your day.

If your team uses Expected Contracts, community and regional managers can now receive a weekly email showing any contract categories that are missing or have expired.
This makes it easy to quickly identify gaps and take action before they escalate into larger issues.
These emails are sent every Monday morning to help you plan your week and stay ahead.

Sometimes contracts can’t be fully processed because information is missing or unclear in the uploaded files. When that happens, we may need help from the person who uploaded the contract.
The “Attention Needed” email reminds you weekly if a contract is waiting on your input so it can be completed and stored in your contract repository.
No more guessing if something is stuck or waiting on a follow-up.
Both email reminders are rolling out to accounts in phases. If you’d like access sooner, reach out to your account manager.
As always, our goal is to make contract management easier, clearer, and less manual for your team.
